Description

GregMan here again, this time with an auction for a lovely little killifish called Fundulopanchax gardneri "Uke 2008". It is getting harder to find pure strains of F. gardneri, so here is one that I obtained over a year ago at the Michiana show in South Bend, IN. It breeds easy and breeds true! The fish pictured is the from the batch I will be pulling your fish from, but I cannot guarantee it is the exact fish you will receive. They are around a year old and are laying eggs. The eggs can be water incubated for two weeks or placed in moist peat moss for 3 weeks. They are in Buffalo tap water, pH7.5, 150ppm with 1/2 tsp. of marine salt per gallon, but they are happy in just about any water. Just remember they are jumpers, and their tank must be kept tightly covered! You will receive 2 PAIRS of this fish, shipped in individual bags, and I guarantee live delivery or I will replace the fish! Just make sure you take a picture of the deceased in the bag and send it to me if there are any casualties.
