Shipped with a free sample of Shrimp Envy food. We ship our shrimp in breathable bags, do not float or submerse in tank to acclimate. Allow bag of shrimp to acclimate to room temperature and drip acclimate in separate container at least 1 hour before netting shrimp and placing them gently in your cycled tank. Enjoy. Report DOA within the first two hours of package delivery, report after two hours we�re not responsible for that package. DOA policy will be voided NO EXCEPTIONS. 2. Take 1 clear photo of the dead shrimp in their UNOPENED bags. 3. Take 1 photo of the dead shrimp in a container of water. 4. Email us both photos with explanation of what happened. We will get back to you within 1 business day. 5. Let us know if you want us to refund you or replacement, replacement will be $15 for shipping cost 6. Shipping fees are not refundable once the shipping label printed out. 7.When you placed an order with us our system will automatically print out a shipping label for your order. If you want to cancel the order you will give up the shipping cost, we will refund you the cost for your shrimp only. 8. Our responsibilities are to ship our products out on time and safely to our customers that includes healthy shrimp and packaging. 9. We don�t accept livestock return all sales are finals. 10. We will not be responsible for services out of our operations such as delayed or lost packages by USPS. We have no control over their services. 11. DOA policy will be void should package get delayed or lost by USPS more than 4 days. 12. It is customer responsibility to track their package and be present when package arrives, please contact the USPS if you don't receive your package within 4-5 days
