To make sure that we are sending you healthy fish, we put your purchased livestock in quarantine before shipping. Is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address, that carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipment once your package ships. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not correct, issues within the shipping carrier, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstances that interference with carrier routes. Also, shipping could be delayed due to weather, temperatures conditions or holidays. Shipments are within the continental 48 US states only; excludes Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Live Arrival Guarantee Policy: Live arrival is guaranteed for the purchased livestock only. Shipping does not include a guaranteed arrival date or a live arrival is guaranteed if "carrier delay has occurred". Fish are packed in Breather or Regular Bags in an Insulated box with a heat pack when necessary, depending on the livestock requirements. If a replacement is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer. DOA Policy: If DOA ( Dead on Arrival ), please email (2) clear pictures of the sealed and unopened bags, showing the fish inside; within (2) hours of first attempted delivery. We will refund the cost of the DOA fish only, shipping charges are not refundable.
