A 10-15 gallon tank would be perfect for a this school of about 15. These little guys will do very well by themselves, and they might even spawn in this tank.
I love Rasboras and always have some breeding. I love watching them school, even when they are little slivers of glass that had just popped out and said hello to the world they quickly find each other and make tight schools. These pleasing little guys will not lat you down.
