There will be 2 options for shipping: FedEx overnight (live arrival guaranteed) around $60 Fedex Overnight will only be offered when low temperatures are 40F or above. FedEx Express Saver� 3 Day (live arrival NOT guaranteed) around $25 this method will be offered when low temperatures are 60F or above. Please Email me your zip code for accurate shipping quote. � Policy All Sales on Live Fish are final. All DOA (dead on arrival) should be reported with 2 hours of shipment delivery, with clear pictures or a video of the dead fish in original unopened bags otherwise the live arrival guarantee is voided. No exceptions.� Refunds will only be offered on overnight shipments. (shipping charges are not covered by our DOA policy).
