I can guarantee that the fish will arrive alive, I do not have control how the fish is handled after the fact. If the fish is dead take clear photos in the bag unopened to receive a refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE FISH HAS ARRIVED WITHIN 1 HOUR. Please know how to handle a new fish by properly quarantining it! DOA Policy Fish will be shipped via USPS priority mail ($20) and takes 1-3 business days to arrive. If you would like the fish shipped via USPS express mail (cost $35) it would take 1 business day to arrive. (Live arrival Guarantee) Two clear photos of the DOA livestock in unopened shipping bag are required to receive credit. These images must be received within one hour of package delivery. Fish are not guaranteed past arrival. Opening the shipping bags ends the 'arrival' period and, without photographs, indicates that the fish are acceptable in the condition they arrived. DOA credits are redeemable for the same species of fish on the next order as available. Shipping charges are not covered by our DOA Policy.
