Auction & Shipping Policies -You can combine auctions or larger purchase of the same fish to ship together for a discount on shipping, just contact me for a quote. -More fish are available at winning bid or Buy Now price, just contact me prior to bidding to confirm I have more in stock. -Winning bidder must message me via the "Ask seller a question" with shipping preference- USPS Express or USPS Priority shipping. -All fish are fasted prior to shipping to minimize waste and ammonia buildup in shipping water. -Buyer pays for shipping. -I only ship fish on Mondays to allow for better shipping times and less risk for fish sitting in shipping warehouses later in the week. -I ship only to the contiguous U.S. -You will have 2 shipping options: USPS Express or USPS Priority. -USPS Express shipping for fish will be $60 and includes LAG (live arrival guarantee). -USPS Priority shipping for fish will be $24 and does not include LAG. -USPS Priority shipping for plants will be $17. If you would like an Express option for plants just let me know. -Fish will all be bagged with oxygen, and will be separated when necessary. -Fish are shipped in boxes lined with rigid foam. -Heat pack is included when needed. -I will only ship when expected highs are less than 90 degrees and lows are greater than 32 degrees. LAG (live arrival guarantee) Policy: -On the rare occasion of a livestock death in shipping, send one picture of the fish in the unopened bag and then a second picture of the fish on a sheet of paper or paper towel. Pictures need to be emailed to me within 2 hours of delivery. -LAG only applies to USPS Express shipping, not USPS Priority. -If you do end up having a death upon delivery, either for the value of the individual livestock will be provided to the buyer (shipping cannot be refunded), or a replacement will be sent to the buyer if I have additional inventory of the same livestock. Buyer will pay for shipping if a replacement is sent. Please confirm that your email address and physical address on Paypal is accurate prior to bidding. Winning bid will be sent an invoice via Paypal. Checks, money orders, cash, or any payment method other than Paypal is not accepted.
