If a holiday falls on Monday orders will be shipped Tuesday. Live on Arrival GUARANTEE Losing fish or any living organism is never good, however, it is a part of the risk involved when shipping any live fish. In the rare case of a Dead-on Arrival (DOA): We guarantee live on arrival for all overnight and 2-day delivery. We reserve the right to hold shipment if predicted temperature is below 40 degrees or other weather event if predicted. 1. If you won't be home or able to pick up your fish within 2 hours of delivery, it is NOT the responsibility of Battle Born Aquatics to replace or refund DOA. 2. Take clear close up photo showing the entire unopened bag and the DOA fish within 4 hours of shipment arrival at destination, if photo is not received within the 4 hour time limit no guarantee will be applied. 3. Once opened, if you have dead animals, please remove them and take a photo of the dead animals next to our postage label attached to your package. 4.
