We can only go by what our receipt shows and what the expected delivery date shows us given by the post office. We will only replace your order if more than 50 percent of the order perished or has a problem. 2: If your order does fall within the time frame given by the post office for expected delivery date via tracking, and you have a 50 percent ratio problem fish please (take 3 clear photos of each individual fish label facing towards the camera so we can verify which fish were a problem. DO NOT DEFACE LABELS OR WE WILL VOID YOUR PURCHASE AND NOT OFFER A REPLACEMENT. 3: send us the evidence within 1 hour of posted delivery time given by USPS website, we will usually respond to you within 48 hours with it with a solution. 4: we usually will ship out new fish - minus a new shipping cost the following week.
