Shipping covers box, packing material, heat packs, ice etc. Shipping is done Monday through Thursday generally. We will do our best to try and accommodate any special requirements you may have, but cannot guarantee our ability to do so. Live fish require a signature for shipping conformation so someone must be available to receive the package. If you will not be able to sign, we can still send your package with no signature required, but you waive your guarantee in asking us to do so.
