But if the worst case occurred, the fish died on arrival ( DOA - The fish died in original plastic bag before unpack the fish bag), Please send the clear pictures of the DOA fish while in unopened original plastic bag to me. Buyer can choose 1 of these options - Refund ONLY for the fish price you paid. The Shipping costs that you paid to your transhipper will not be included in the refund. - Or receive the replacement betta which the same grade. BUT you still have to pay the domestic delivery costs that charged by your transhipper for the replace betta fish.
