Shipment using a Transhipper ( Licensed Live Fish Importer who handle custom clearence in airport and make the fish come to your country legally, then will forward the fish to buyer adress )� �

HOW TO ORDER ? HERE IS THE PROCESS OF IMPORTING FISH FROM INDONESIA : � � ��

• Buyer choosing the transhipper will use for help the import or can ask the reccomend one to seller first.

• Buyer select the fish.
�
• Buyer paying the fish price + transhipping cost $7.5 each fish for ship the fish from Indonesia arrived to Transhipper in buyer country. So transhipping cost $7.5 its not include domestic shipping from transhipper adress to buyer adress. �
  � Any additional cost need paid direct to transhipper for cover USPS priority mail /Fedex fee ( around $20 ) + import fee ( $3 each fish ) and $3 for heater if needed in cold season. � � �

• Seller send the fish to Indonesia Transhiper.

• Indonesia Transhipper ship the fish using airport cargo to buyer tranhipper country.

• Buyer Transhipper recieve the fish shipment from Indonesia transhipper and will contact buyer for billing the shipping fee from transhipper adress to buyer adress

• After buyer paid the transhipper then transhipper will ship the fish to buyer adress.

• Buyer can ask for refund fish price only. Buyer domestic shipment cost paid to transhipper and transhipping cost from Indonesia can't refund.

• Buyer can ask for replacement same or higher quality betta with paying again the transhipping cost from Indonesia to Buyer transhipper.
