Description

Betta Albimarginatas are unique and more uncommon in the hobby. The males get a beautiful orange/reddish color with streams of black and white markings on their fins. The females are less colorful and do not get the white markings. They are mouthbrooders so the male will hold the eggs in his mouth until the fry are ready to swim out on their own. I keep them at room temperature of around 75-78F at the moment with a pH of about 6.5-7. They are not as aggressive as your typical betta that you buy at the fish store and can be kept in groups.
