This auction is for 3 juvenile unsexed Apistogramma cacatuoides "Lemon", but more are available. Our Apistos are sold in a mixed-sex lot; we're happy to do our best to accommodate requests but can't make any guarantees.

Shipping Info and Policies:

We are happy to combine shipping for multiple orders! Some orders can not be combined; feel free to email us with questions. Check out our other auctions at the bottom of the listing.
Shipping is out of our hands -- we know how to pack fish when temps are above 50 F and below 90 F, when there is a predictable amount of handling time and a predictable timeline. If items are delivered as promised by the carrier, our guarantee is as follows:

• 1 Day Shipping = 100% guaranteed live arrival, full refund on dead fish. Picture of unopened bag required.
• 2 Day Shipping = situational guarantee, credit may be given on a future order. Picture of the unopened bag required.
• 3 Day Shipping = no guarantee. We don�t like shipping this way and won�t pay you to take that risk. All claims denied. That said, you are the customer and are always right (Dunning-Kruger) so we will ship it this way if you have read and understood that if they fish arrive dead (they probably will) that you paid to have this outcome and we won�t give your money back.

If temps are higher or lower than noted above, guarantees are situational and at our discretion. If a package is shipped 1 Day Shipping, no matter when it is delivered, the DOA�s pictured in our unopened bag are guaranteed. 2 Day Shipping that is delayed is not covered except in very rare cases or for a very regular customer that included an unopened bag picture. Late on a 3 Day Shipping is on you -- we don�t need a picture. If you want to claim through PayPal ignoring our guarantee, you will need to pay us an additional $100 in all cases of three day shipping claims. We will send a bill -- don�t mess with that. Seriously. One of the owners is a jerk who lives for this stuff.
