SOLD BY: AMERICAN OASIS AQUATICS, INC. 3 Platinum Veil Tails Half Dollar Size TERMS/CONDITIONS AND SHIPPING Buyer pays shipping cost. Upon shipping, AOA, Inc. will forward you the tracking number to the Buyer. All fish are placed into (2) 10x20 3-ply bags. Adult fish are placed into (3) 10x20 3-ply bags. All shipping boxes are lined with Styrofoam and will include a heat pack depending on the season. In the event fish are delivered DOA (dead on arrival), the buyer is to contact AOA, Inc. within an hour of the first delivery attempt to determine replacement options. The buyer is required to provide photo evidence to AOA, Inc. of the fish purchased and the fish must still be in the original unopened plastic bag packaging. Option #1 AOA, Inc. will replace the fish (same type of fish in the original purchase). The buyer will be responsible for �NEW� shipping fees associated with the replacement. Option #2 AOA, Inc. will issue store credit for the original purchase price minus the shipping fees. SHIPPING OPTIONS AOA, Inc. routinely fulfills Express shipping via the US Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx. Please contact AOA, Inc. at customersupport@AmericanOasisAquatics.com or 240-380-0270 to discuss other express service shipping fees. CONVID-19 SHIPPING AUGMENTATION: Due to the current global pandemic (CONVID-19), AOA, Inc. will ship via FedEx and UPS only as USPS is currently experiencing significant shipping delays that can be detrimental when shipping live animals. SHIPPING TIMEFRAME Buyer�s purchase will be shipped within 7 days after the Seller (AOA, Inc.) receives �full� payment from the Buyer. AOA, Inc., reserves the right and discretion to delay shipping due to severe weather conditions and/or other acts of nature transpiring along the shipping route. All shipments require a delivery signature at shipping address provided by the buyer and printed on the billing/purchase invoice (transactions details). The Seller will provide Buyer with tracking information for shipments on the day shipped. SHIPPING/DELIVERY DELAYS AOA, Inc., is not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays related to unforeseeable sudden severe weather conditions, acts of nature and public health emergencies (i.e., COVID-19 global pandemic) that may impact shipment carrier operations and delivery times. In the event shipping delays occur, AOA, Inc., will work with the Buyer to remedy the matter based on the �options� listed above. POST DELIVERY (BUYER) RESPONSIBILITIES All live shipments delivered to the physical address included/printed on the billing/purchase invoice, as provided by the Buyer, becomes the responsibility of the Buyer immediately upon delivery. PAYMENT OPTIONS All major credit cards (VISA, Master Card & American Express) as well as PayPal are accepted.
