We take extreme care to make sure that the Fish will arrive alive and healthy, but unfortunately things do happen. If in a rare case you receive a DOA(dead on arrival) send a clear picture of the Fish in the unopened bag and a clear picture of the outside of the bag, and contact us within 2 hours of arrival. Live arrival guarantee is void after 2 hours. After review of the pictures we will then ship replacement Fish or issue refund(excludes shipping). We will not honor live arrival or offer any refunds on shipments that was delayed caused by post carrier. Due to major delays we are now only using UPS Next Day Air Shipping. You will receive a tracking number after they are shipped. Our regular shipping day is Monday. Keep in mind if you order on Tuesday your order may not go out until the following week. Please track the shipment frequently. Orders could be delayed around postal holidays and bad weather. We combine shipping, pay shipping on one item and the rest can be combined for FREE! add all of the items you want to the shopping cart then check out or request invoice. Do not pay for items separately, shipping will not be combined. Fish that we sell are usually young juveniles. Sizes will vary. They may not be the size or color of the ones in the picture but as they grow they will develop more colors and size to match the pictures. By ordering you agree with these terms and conditions.
