Rapid Delivery

• We Only Charge the Customer Actual Shipping Cost- PLUS -$5.00 Insualted Box and Heat Pack Charge.
• All Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday
• Orders received after 6PM EST on Thursday are generally shipped on the following Monday.
• We ship with USPS and Fedex for locations outside the state of Kentucky, and UPS for most orders in State.
  

Our WARRANTY

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• All fish are guaranteed live arrival.
• If you have a DOA (dead on arrival), take a photo of the deceased in the bag "before" opening the bag.
• There is no reason to return the DOA to the store.
• Please dispose of it in a safe and sanitary method. Email the picture to finchvilleaquatics@ gmail.com.
• If it is fish perish from obvious mishandling by the customer, (leaving outside exposed to the elements for long periods of time such that the box is overheated or chilled), refunding will not be honored. We do, however, understand that there are circumstances beyond our control and thus each case will be handled individually. We love you guys!
