Description

I have been using all of these items in my shrimp tanks and have found them to be beneficial to the shrimp and I also like how they look in the tanks. This is a great lot of botanicals to get you started. I recommend boiling all items for at least 20 minutes and letting them cool before putting any of them into your tank. I recommend starting of slowly bye preparing the botanicals and introducing them very slowly to your tank. The items in the package include 5 Indian Almond Leaves, 5 4" pieces of cholla wood, 5 pod heads measuring 2.5"-3.5" tall X 1.5"-2" wide, 10 Dysoxylum nut pods measuring 1.25"-2" tall X .5"-1" wide, and 10 Pear pod halves measuring 1.5"-3" tall X 1.25"-3.25" wide. Then items in this package will create a natural environment for your shrimp while lowering ph and releasing tannins into the water.. Everyone of these items will also create a growing area for biofilm which is a free constant food source for your shrimp.
