Osmocote Plus plant fertilizer tabs are a great alternative to store bought fertilizer tabs. I have been putting together these tabs for some time now and using them in my planted tanks. The tabs are a complete all in one fertilizer that provide 11 essential nutrients in a slow dissolving manner that typically last 1-3 months depending on your tank and types of plants, water changes etc. I put the tablets together manually using a fish safe dissolving gelatin capsule. . The tabs make it extremely easy to feed the roots (NOT THE WATER COLUMN) I usually place one tab about every 6 square inches. Simply place the tabs deep into the substrate and wait and see the significant growth your plants will have. I have noticed significant growth with such plants as Eriocaulon, Cryptocoryne, Staurgyne Repens, and Pogostemon Helferi just to name a few. This sale includes 50 slow release tablets size "00" . I have packed the tablets in new RX bottles and also added 1 packet of silica gel to each container to preserve freshness and prevent moisture in the package.
