USES:��Anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-fungal. Treats ammonia burn and wounds. For Ich, hexamita, costia, ichthyophthirius, ectoparasites, monogenia, hirudinea, parasitic copepods, argulus, lernaea, anchor worms, fish lice, leeches. Also a protozoacide. Anti-bacterial, anti-parasitic, very wide spectrum. A true version of a "cure-all" medication. Parinox is a combination of TMP Sulfa, De-Los, Metronidazole, and sodium. It can be used as a general quarantine preventive but is designed to be used when fish begin to die for no reason. It is also good for angelfish and discus plague which are viral diseases, as it prevents the fish from getting a secondary infection. Parinox is excellent for treating viral diseases or when a confident diagnosis cannot be made. If a correct diagnosis can be made, it is strongly recommended that you change your treatment regimen to a more narrow spectrum treatment. 25 grams will treat 500 gallons of water. Packaged in moisture-resistant resealable zip-lock container. DIRECTIONS FOR AQUARIUMS:��One level scoop for every 2 1/2 gallons of tank water. Use 1/4 teaspoon per 20 gallons of tank water every 24 hours with a 25% water change before each treatment. Treat at full strength with each application. Treat for 10 days. DIRECTIONS FOR AQUARIUMS LARGER THAN 50 GALLONS:��Use 1/4 teaspoon per 20 gallons, once every 5 days with a 25% water change before each treatment. Treat for two applications. CAUTIONS:��For aquarium and ornamental fish only. Not for human consumption. Keep out of the reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical attention and call a poison control center immediately. Do not use this product with UV sterilizers or ozone. Activated carbon should be removed from your filter system during treatment. Keep in a closed container and in a cool dry location. Do not use with fish intended for use as food.
