Very Economical -- A Little Goes a Long Way

Parinox is a combination of Trimethoprim and Sulfathiazole Sodium (Works better than Triple Sulfa), Dylox 80, Metronidazole, and Sodium Chloride. It can be used as a general quarantine preventive but is designed to be used when fish begin to die for no reason. It is also good for angelfish and discus plague which are viral diseases, as it prevents the fish from getting a secondary infection. Parinox is excellent for treating viral diseases or when a confident diagnosis cannot be made. If a correct diagnosis can be made, it is strongly recommended that you change your treatment regimen to a more narrow spectrum treatment. A full course of treatment is treating the water once a week for two weeks

USE: For Ich, hexamita, costia, ichthyophthirius, ectoparasites, monogenia, hirudinea, parasitic copepods, argulus, lernaea, anchor worms, fish lice, gill fukes (and their eggs), leeches. Also a protozoacide. Anti-bacterial, anti-parasitic. Very wide spectrum. A general "cure-all".

DOSAGE: One LEVEL scoop for each 2.5 gallons of tank water (1/4 teaspoon per 20 gallons). Treat once a week for 2 weeks. If water changes are done, add back the percentage of medication according to how much water was changed. Toxic to sharks and snails. Do not use on prehistoric fishes such as arowanas, silver dollars, lionfish. Do not use this medication in planted tanks or on invertebrates. This product may be removed from the tank by doing water changes and/or using activated carbon.

*** Turn off UV or Ozone generators when using this medication. Remove activated carbon from your filter during treatment. This product is not for use on fish livestock destined for human consumption. Keep in a cool dry location out of the reach of children. ***
