Description

Praziquantel This is for a 10 gram packet of Praziquantel. Praziquantel is an effective treatment for external and internal parasites such as flukes and tapeworms. Praziquantel does not require water changes after use, and no damage is caused to the filter. For fresh or saltwater nonfood fish, including sharks and rays. 10 grams of Praziquantel treats 1000 gallons. Photo shows you a microscopic picture of the bugs you may have on your fish. These are the fish equivalent of fleas. They are two different types of flukes, but despite of their names both can be found on the body and the gills, feeding on mucus. They use hooks to hold onto your fish, this causes irritation and in a weak, sick or stressed fish can become a problem.
