Description

One rosette sword plant. The aquarium they are growing in is snail and pest free. All orders shipped with USPS Priority mail. Flat rate $10 shipping cost to the US. Orders only shipped on Mondays. Orders placed any other time during the week will be shipped the following Monday. Payments are able to be made through an invoice emailed to you using Wix invoice (accepts credit/debit card or paypal) Please be aware of your local temperatures and how it could affect your fish. �Please inform me if the weather in your area is getting colder and would require a heatpack. (I include them for free) if the weather for your area is below 40 degrees fahrenheit PLEASE ORDER AT A LATER DATE WHEN IT IS WARMER heatpacks cannot work properly when it's too cold for the heatpack to keep the area around it warm.Feel free to message me with any questions How we ship: Plants are wrapped in wet paper to keep them moist during shipment and are bagged in traditional fish bags. the box is filled with non itch cellulose insulation and/or shredded newspaper -shipping box is styrofoam lined -live fish and fragile stickers on the package to notify shipping company of the delicate contents.DOA Refund Guarantee In the unfortunate event that your order arrives dead, we guarantee the loss of the purchased plants as long as the package is delivered within the timeframe specified by the shipping carrier. We require you to take a couple clear pictures of the dead/melted plants and message me within 1 hour of your delivery (to avoid claims for orders that were left in the elements for an extended period of time) all DOA orders will be refunded for the cost of the livestock (sorry I can�t refund shipping costs) as long as the DOA guidelines are followed. With good communication and providing photos, we can help resolve any situation to your satisfaction.
