Description

Auction is for one Val caulescens like seen in the pic below. This is almost a Chimera of a plant.. It starts like any normal val with a runner and long strap leaves then it suddenly becomes a stem plant MUCH more like Blyxa. It develops a definite stem with leaves coming out of it and will also make side shoots to turn it into a full bouquet of Val. Amazing plant.. it prefers medium hard water and warmer temps and a nutritious substrate. I have been working with this plant for a few as a challenge by one of the many Wholesalers I have been selling to.. well I grew enough for them to offer and the extras I am going to offer here.. The red colors develop more intense with good light and decent iron and Carbonate hardness in your water column.

There are distinct Male and female plants in this one. They look the same normally but they only develop one type of flower unlike most Vals.

Auction is for one plant but you may purchase additional plants for 1.10 each with no added shipping costs.
