Description

What you see is what you get, you are bidding on this enormous lot of plants and plantlets in the photo. Hygrophila Pinnatifida: an amazing and beautiful plant displaying a range of colors from dark and light green through pink red, and purple on striking serrated leaves. Reproduces via lateral shoots from a main plant, these are all such clippings, each of which, when anchored to a rock or branch, will form an upright, palm tree like central stock around which a clump of smaller plants begin to blossom. Plant appreciates a good deal of light and will do OK without CO2 but pretty much needs C02 and a weekly normal dose of iron and Potassium to thrive. Also seems to do much better in temps ranging low-mid 70s. Given these temps, high light and C02, and a little supplemental nutrient, the plant is almost weedlike in its growth rate, super prolific, very vigorous grower, forming dense beautiful stands of mini copper palm trees. You wont find a better deal! This is a huge lot, enough to blanket a 50 gallon tank within a year under proper conditions. Simply tie individual plants singly or as a group onto a stone or branch and place in a bright area of the tank. Once acclimated, within a week or two, you should start to see its roots taking hold, spreading outward, ready to form new plants and do its thing. shipping is a flat rate 14$ via medium sized ups box to fit it all without crunching. All packages insulated to keep plants from temp swings in shipping.
