Description

What you See is What you Get You are bidding on the Microsorum sp Sg. Durin Bessar pictured in the photo. Durin Bessar is one of just a few rare java ferns that displays orange-red colors on new growth under the right conditions. Forming forking leaves 7-10 inches, this fern bears a resemblance to microsorum sp. trident except that under bright light, the growing leaf tips display an orange to red color before turning bright green. Suited for most aquarium parameters, not the best java fern for low light, as it wont color up red unless brightly lit. CO2 and nutrients unnecessary but encourage a fast and vigorous growth form and bright orange coloration. This plant was in my propagation tank under lower light for the last month or so isnt currently displaying bright orange but should color up quickly as it gets brighter light. Best tied to rock or branches as a midground to background plant, do not bury the rhizome. Please contact seller with any questions. Shipping this single plant is $10 via small flat rate usps box. Multiple purchases/combined shipping is a flat rate 14$ so we encourage you to get a few plants to make the shipping worthwhile. plants individually wrapped in moist paper and sealed in plastic bags for freshness and humidity, packages insulated to protect from temp swings in shipping.
