Description

Dwarf Hair Grass grown by tissue culture. Eleocharis acicularis Dwarf Hair grass This makes a great midground plant, or a foreground plant if you want something taller than traditional carpet type plants. Grows well in fine, nutrient rich substrate. Dwarf Hair Grass grows slowly and can take several weeks to spread and fill in, nutrient supplementation and CO2 help. Trimming the shoots will encourage growth via runners. This plant does have a tendency to attract algae growth, and cleaning the algae off of it can be a pain, so water conditions need to be kept good. If buying more than one plant I combine shipping, please check out my other plant items. Shipping will be by USPS priority mail 1-4 days. I charge a flat $6.50 for shipping no matter how many plants you order. Plants grown by tissue culture is a great way to get a lot of plants that are free of snails and other pests!!
