Description

ELEOCHARIS PARVULA also known as Dwarf Hair Grass is a wonderful foreground plant that creates that lawn look that so many aquarium plant lovers are after. This plant can be cut to any length without hurting the leaves.

Hardiness: Easy
Light Needs: Medium
Plant Structure: Rosette
Family: Cyperaceae
Genus: Eleocharis
Region: Cosmopolitan
Location: Cosmopolitan
Size: Height: 10-15cm (4-6 in)
Growth Rate: Medium

You are buying 1 pot that will cover approx a 3" by 3" area if taken out of the pot and planted in small groups. If left in the pot ot will cover a 2" x 2" area.

Potted plants are better to start with then "bunched" plants as they have their entire root system intact which makes them less likely to go in to shock when transplanted in to your aquarium and spread much faster.
