You are bidding on 10 of Vallisneria spiralis, descendants of the ones in the pic. S/h is $6. There are several Val species floating around under several names. I've had some that are too big, some too small, but these are just right. They get to the top of my 37 gallon tank then curl around just a bit. Leaves of a fully grown, happy specimen are about 2 feet long. The ones you're getting will be 18-24" - old enough to be sending out their own runners and crowding your tank very soon. Trivia - this species was first described and given its scientific name by Erasmus Darwin, granddad of Charles Darwin, THAT Darwin.
