Description

When grown in bright light and well-fed, the new growth on this large form of J-Fern is indeed red. There are some great shots of the color if you google. As leaves mature, they turn a deep green (submerged) or a light green (emersed). You get...one of each! The large submerged clump was getting shaded out in my plant tank by the only Java fern that can beat this clone in size, the "undulata" form. The emersed clump will be shipped bare-root. This form is slower than many clones (it took me MONTHS to have even these extras), but if you want to have a J-fern that no other kids on your block will have, this is the one! For the fern fan who has everything! Shipping is priority, and a flat $7.
