Hello Folks! Have you ever tried Jungle val or Corkscrew val or any of those other Val's only to have the stuff rot from the bottom up and end up turning to crap on you a few days after planting it in your tank? Well if you have that's because the folks handling it or maybe even you let the roots dry out. Val's are a 100% totally aquatic plant in fact, if the people down in Florida collect it and let it sit for ANY length of time on shore or in the sun IT WILL DIE. Simply put Vallisneria can NOT dry out. Not even a little bit for a few minutes! LOL! I bet you didn't know that. Anyway, what your bidding on is 30 Vallisneria americana plants that have not been allowed out of the water except for the time it took me to photograph them and I didn't let them dry out! That's 30 plants not stems. Each plant will have multiple stems and it's own roots. Also, I have seen Vallisneria americana sold as "Jungle val", Vallisneria asiatica and even Vallisneria spiralis. The stuff I am selling IS Vallisneria americana. I guarantee it. Vallisneria americana reproduces by sending out runners and many of these plants actually have small runners started already. The plants I have are between 12- 24 inches tall and these WILL continue to grow until they hit the top of your water line but they will NOT grow out of the water, (remember what I said about them NOT being able to with stand drying out of any kind?) they will just start spiraling around at the surface when they hit the water line. These plants look best if you plant them in either stands all together or across the back of a tank. Angels LOVE to breed on their leaves AND even fish that are known to eat most plants do NOT usually eat Val's. I bet you didn't know that either. LOL! To sum up!
