It is hard to find info about this plant, Below are the descriptions available on the internet.

Totally new Echinodorus, it is only known to be a mutation of Helanthium angustifolium (E. angustifolius). ! VERY RARE in US! I obtained it from Hong Kong.

A unique Echinodorus with the MOST TWISTED/CONTORTED leaves out of all aquatic plants - much more than more common cockscrew val.!

This plant is insanely original and it will become one to have in the mid ground of your tank. It propogates pretty easily by runners. When condition is good, it grows very fast.

It doesn't require any special parameters.

Minimal light: Average

pH: 6.0-7.5

The leaves twist and curl as they grow straight up. Great mid ground plant. Reproduces by runners. Easy to grow under moderate or better light.

Height: under 20 cm (8 inch)

Lighting: 0.4 wats/litre (1.5 wats/gal) Minimum light: 1 watt / 3 L
