Description

Auction is for one Nepenthes ventricosa like seen in the pic below. These are Asian pitcher plants and very different from the Serracenia of the Americas.. they like lots of moisture BUT well drained soil so water daily but make sure the pot drains and does not allow standing water. 2-3 hours of strong sunlight a day with filter sunlight the rest is perfect and these do well on window sills too. The pitchers form at the end of the leaves on these with great orange hues and some deeper red veining. Also most standard tap waters are fine to water these unlike the Serracenias.

These are young plants in 2 inch pots but they are about ready to be moved to 4 inch pots. try a hanging basket for these or place pots near the pond so they feed well.
