Overview - WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PIC IS A REPRESENTATION OF WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. (chollawood will be 3-4 inches long) For sale is a pretty large amount of high quality Java Moss on a BEAUTIFUL piece of Cholla Wood. Much larger and healthier portion of moss than you get elsewhere online. Its healthy and growing like crazy. It's home grown in my home here in Texas and shipped from me as well. Not some farm or overseas junk. High quality USA grown. I have personally grown this in my aquariums and have tied it to a beautiful piece of high quality Cholla Wood months ago. This wood is neutral to all water parameters and will not effect any ranges within the aquarium and adds benefitial tannins to the water. I didn't use some cheap piece of wood or cheap rock. I used the real stuff the more expensive stuff. Shrimp, fry and many other small aquatic animals love and I mean love Java Moss & Cholla Wood. It allows many places for them to hide in both the moss and the Cholla Wood. This is very important in their success for these types of aquatic animals to have places to hide and also feed off of the moss, wood and rocks in your aquarium. Plus it's extremely healthy for your aquarium overall. I take very much pride in anything I ship out and will always send you the best quality I can at a reasonable price. You can always dip the moss when you receive them before putting them in the intended aquarium. Info- This is an entry level easy to grow moss anyone can grow and its beautiful. This moss will start growing almost immediately. It requires low light but needs some light daily to make it grow a bit faster and healthy. The moss will be attached to the Cholla Wood by fishing line. This should be left on for a couple of months to ensure the moss has attached itself to the Cholla Wood. Then you can cut the fishing line or just leave it as the moss will cover it after it starts to take off and it doesn't hurt anything or risk unwanted contaminants from lots of glue etc. Once this moss gets to growing it never stops its truly AWESOME. Guarantee - I do guarantee that the plant will arrive live and in good condition, healthy and ready to be dropped in you tank and immediately become a mainstay for you shrimp or fish. In the rare case if it was ever to arrive with something wrong or dead I will gladly send you out a replacement if available but you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new plant and or rock. I'm also assuming you are putting it in a proper sized, lit aquarium with proper water perameters and temps. If there is any quality issue when receiving my plants and mosses you must have 2 clear pictures of the moss in the original packaging unopened showing its dead or severely damaged. I will then need 2 clear pictures of moss in question out side of the packing showing all major issues. I will ask for your water conditions and local weather to ensure this wasn't the cause. You have two (2) hours from the delivery time stated on USPS to send the pictures and get it touch with me should any rare instances of anything happening . I have to take these precautions due to scams and dishonesty. Please keep in mind when dealing with moss and plants they can sometimes turn brown in color or look semi dead. They also get smashed and sometimes flat but will be fine once placed back in water and light for a few days . This is normal and caused by the unavoidable stress of shipping and replanting. Never leave you moss or plants in the mailbox for extended periods of time. I WILL NEVER SEND BAD QUALITY NEVER!!! You will not be disappointed. Shipping- I ship Monday, Tuesday and sometimes on Wednesday excluding holidays. I will not ship other days of the week for anything that is alive. This allows the plants to not sit over long weekends at the post office. It is your responsibility to have someone home to accept the plant or moss. Please notify me if you are having bad weather or major delays. Failure to do so could result in void of warranty. I only ship to USA NO HAWAII OR ALASKA. No international shipping. Please remember delivery dates ebay show are simply randomly generated approximate delivery dates and are not always accurate. I cant control USPS. All items sent USPS. I can not be held responsible for any USPS, weather delays etc. NOTE: In extreme weather that is above 90F or below 45F please consider contacting your local post office and having your package held for pickup, this will increase the chance of survival. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING FREEZING TEMPS IN YOUR AREA PLEASE READ - If you are in an area with severe cold or freezing temps please email me after purchasing and I can add a 40 Hour heat pack for $1.75. It is an inexpensive way to ensure your moss doesn't freeze. If your moss is frozen and you did not order the heat pack it could void the warranty if moss is frozen. Please note... It is your choice to buy the heat pack and it isn't always necessary and is only generally needed in severe cold temps. There is no need for a heat pack if temps are not severe. That is your choice as moss is known for being very hardy anyway. ButI do ship the moss with water and super moist so it doesn't dry out. I also do add paper of some sort on every order to help insulate at no cost. I am only charging $1.75 for a heat pack in my other listing and I will pack that in with your moss order. DO NOT LEAVE MOSS IN THE MAILBOX OR ON PORCH FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OR AT ALL IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING FREEZING TEMPS IN YOUR AREA.
