Description

Attractive and easy to grow!

You'll be getting 30+ live mini or Dwarf Water Lettuce (Pistia Stratiotes) plants, each 0.5"-1.25" in diameter, plus 1 tablespoon of Crystalwort (Riccia Fluitans)

These plants were raised in my personal aquariums and are guaranteed to be pesticide and disease free. Plants may have Pond snails or Ramshorn snails on them.

Water lettuce is used in tropical aquariums to provide cover for fry and small fish. It is also helpful as it outcompetes algae for nutrients in the water = Removes Nitrogenous Waste! These surface plants also reduce water evaporation, so you will have to add water less frequently.
Riccia Fluitans: As a floating plant offers good protection for young fish, or can be anchored down to driftwood or rocks and will look like a nice green bush. In good lighting will produce oxygen bubbles staying on the shoot tips.

Live plants are shipped on Monday - Tuesday to ensure a safe arrival prior to weekend. I always throw in a few extras in case of a loss during shipping.
