Please read entire auction and updated Just Me before bidding.
Shipping to contiguous 48 states only, (CONUS, not AK, HI, or PR).
Elodea najas (Narrow-leaf anacharis / Egeria najas) is related to the common invasive anacharis but is a much more delicate looking and grows less aggressively (doesn't have any restrictions that I am aware of).
E. najas is an easy plant but appreciates a little extra light, it's not a low light plant. But if you can give it at least the low end of medium lighting it will do okay. E. najas will weakly root in the substrate but does well if left floating which also keeps it closer to your lighting.
Calling it 20+ but plan to ship around 24 stems.

This plant able to take carbon directly from the water (carbonate hardness, kH) if the dissolved CO2 is depleted. So while no plant will turn down supplemental CO2, they are able to keep growing late in the day even after the other plants run out of carbon dioxide. Because of this, E. najas benefits from frequent waterchanges to replenish the bicarbonate ions in the water.
E. najas is decent for fry cover with the advantage of floating just below the surface (sort of like guppy grass) so it doesn't really catch food particles which the fry cannot reach.
The stems to be shipped will be 8" to 10+" (no old growth).
I haven't done tests on packing E. najas the way I have with hornwort. I will ship it the same way, better safe than sorry.

Term details are on my Just Me page which was updated August 24, 2014. Read it before bidding.
Payment is through PayPal only (you do not need an account, just a credit card), no e-checks. When paying with PayPal, you must use a shipping address, my account is configured to only accept PayPal Confirmed Addresses and I only ship to the address given in PayPal.
Priority Mail shipping is just postage for 2 pounds from 01888, $5.32 to $9.97. You can check that cost yourself at usps.com, it will be much faster than asking me for a quote, use the online price (Regional Rate Box A), not the post office price. I ship to PO Boxes if it's Confirmed Address.
I am not planning to use a heatpack so absolutely no Priority Mail shipping to locations with lows of 20F or less. There will be a shipping delay if local lows (airport) are below 20F. Expre$$ Mail is available, email for costs before bidding.
Local pickup can be arranged at 462 Washington St Woburn MA 01801, weekdays, late afternoon.
Shipping will be delayed if extreme weather may endanger the shipment, ...it's a hobby not an organ transplant!
LAG for 20 stems for 3 days if >25F. The + quantity is extra and not covered by LAG.
Some of my other auctions may be combined with this for savings on shipping costs.
