You are bidding on my big clump of water sprite, 3 or 4 individual plants with new fronds growing 6-8 inches in length. What you see is what you get, those specific plants. S/H is $6 for a foam lined box to avoid temp swings. This is one of the most prolific and user-friendly plants EVER. It absorbs nutrients faster than most other species and provides an aesthetic counterpoint to other plants with its unique appearance. There seems to be some controversy what to call this aquatic fern. My older book says this is Ceratopteris siliquosa. Hortipedia says all water sprites are Ceratopteris thalictroides, with this being a lacey variant. While mine are usually rooted, they are also happy floating. They even grow emersed in ideal conditions. The Japanese and many Southeast Asians consider new fronds to be a delicacy. Labs have bred many varieties for experimentation due to its high metabolism.
