Shipping: Winning bidder will receive 2 small hand fulls of guppy grass in a Kordon bag, shipment is made typically day after payment is received � shipment is via US Post office flat rate with delivery confirmation. ***Since school is in I will only ship on Saturdays*** DOA: On all live shipments DOA claim must be within 2 hours of delivery confirmation, a clear photo of un-opened package and a clear photo of DOA cut in half is required. All re-shipments will require payment of new shipping charges, these are not covered in DOA policy. Damage: We strive to package all products with sufficient cushion, however neither of us can control what the shipper does in transit, I will not be responsible for damages that occur during transit.
