Description

1 full cup of Giant Water Fern (Salvinia Oblongifolia). These things are huge! Just look at the size this average sized Giant Water Fern next to a dollar bill! Giant Water Fern is a very nice plant with a thick velvety oblong-shaped leaves and roots that don't get long and tangled like water lettuce or other floaters sometimes can. Also, since it's bigger and weightier, it won't get tossed around by the current like some of the smaller floaters either. Like all salvinia, these are great at sucking nutrients out of the water column. This helps to keep your nitrates down and keeps the algae away by outcompeting them for nutrients. It's also a great place for your fry or shrimplet to hide and forage for infusoria/food...and a fantastic way to comfort shy or light sensitive species such as plecos or discus. $6 shipping anywhere within the Continental US only. You can add up to 3 more packages for the same shipping fee. I will not include a heatpack so please watch your weather. NOTE: I will not ship to North Carolina or Texas as it is prohibited in those states.
