Description

Auction is for one bunch( 5 stems) of Myriophyllum heterophyllum. Red foxtail is surprisingly undemanding and easy to grow, even in moderate light levels. This plant can grow very quickly. It's nice too use with its nice reddish color. It always has a red stem but t he leaves range from coppery to green to red. The red colors can be enhanced by slightly brighter light, iron supplements and a slightly higher nitrite level. Red foxtail is one of a small group of red plants that are actually pretty easy to grow. The biggest problem with this plant is with it's rapid growth it needs very regular pruning.

Red Foxtail also makes for a great fry saver plant as its fine leaves give more than ample places to hide.
