Description

Hygrophila pinnatifida is an easy plant suitable for large aquaria. Hygrophila pinnatifida is also suitable for open top aquaria where it likes to grow above the water surface to set beautiful flowers. It obtains brown, patched leaves on the surface with a distinctive burgundy colour underneath. It creates horizontal side shoots and the top shoots should be pinched out in order to maintain compact and attractive growth. This plant benefits from a nutrient rich substrate in combination with CO2 addition and high light, and under such conditions the plant soon attains a beautiful stature. Easily propagated from cuttings. You will receive one(1) bunch of plants, 3 stems per bunch. If buying more than one plant I combine shipping, please check out my other plant items. Shipping will be by USPS priority mail. I charge a flat $6.50 for shipping no matter how many plants you order.
