Description

Auction is for 2 stems of Ludwigia repens Rubin .Ludwigia repens �Rubin� is a variety of Ludwigia repens with regular deep red leaves as the number one defining characteristic. Ludwigia repens �Rubin� was originally found in Central America.

Ludwigia repens �Rubin� is one of the easiest red plants to keep and is quite undemanding in terms of fertilization. In order for it to thrive, it requires high amounts of light, and a rich substrate. Carbon dioxide will increase its growth rate and robustness, but it is NOT required.

Again, This plant responses very well to high light and trimming. High light will encourage it to develop a rich brick red color, while trimming will encourage multiple side shoot growth. Some of these have green top surfaces to the leaves right now as I had some lights go out and I just rewired them to work but t hey will turn back to red really fast.

Auction is for 2 stems but you may purchase more stems for for 1.20/ea with no added shipping costs.
