3. We are happy to combine shipping, simply email us and we will gladly combine multiple purchases. Plants are $6.95 for priority mail no matter how many you purchase and fish are $14.95 no matter how many purchased.
4. We generally ship within 2 business days of **payment cleared**

6. All fish are shipped in insulated boxes and include a heat pack or cold pack if necessary. Plants can be shipped in an insulated box for an extra $2. Heat pack/cold pack $1. If your order is over $100 this can be included for free.

1. All live items for sale (fish, plants, inverts, etc) are guaranteed to arrive alive.
2. We require the customer to pay the replacement shipping.
3. We require notification within 2 hours of delivery with clear pictures documenting DOA.
4. We reserve the absolute right to refund or replace.
5. Delivery must be made on the first attempt.

About Our Plants:
All of our plants are professionally grown right here in the US! It is important to note that some plants are grown emerged and may exhibit a different leaf until acclimated in the aquarium. An example would be Hygrophila Difformis, this plant is generally grown emerged, however upon placement in the aquarium the leaves will begin to change shape to the submerged type. This process in an ideal setup is usually relatively quickly.
