I'm tired of typing nonsense There is one thing I have learned over the years.....Most people don't read. I used to try to eliminate emails by answering FAQ in my auctions, but I still get morons asking me how much free shipping is. SO My paypal is bayleespapa@aol.com Pay me ONLY what you bid I ship within one week of auction close and that is USUALLY the only time I hold your hand with an email letting you know I shipped it and to be ready If you don't like paypal, don't use paypal, or hate paypal, I take credit cards and postal money orders. SO LET'S GET STARTED Potted Plant Packages I like potted plants for a few reasons.  For one, all my potted plants have nice labels in them with basic facts so I don't have to label them or try to figure out what I sent you.  I consider potted plants mature because they have roots and you can plant them right away.  I also push potted plants on breeders with bare bottom tanks because LIVE PLANTS belong in ALL aquariums and they can be left in the pots, or put in larger clay pots. I always get asked how to deal with pots, so I am going to tell you.  First off, you can drop most pots right into your tank and most, especially the low light ones will do fine.  You get the benefit of plants without having to deal with substrate.  You can also remove the 2" plastic pot, and gently pull the rock wool away from the roots and plant them in larger clay pots you buy for 50 cents at your local lawn and garden place and add some nice substrate like Baylee's Better Bottom and STILL can keep your bare bottom tank.  You also can shove the pots directly into the substrate, but keep in mind, eventually the roots will find there way through the netting of the pot and probably limit the plant's potential, so I recommend, just removing the pot and rock wool and planting them directly in the substrate or for plants like anubias, tie them to a piece of wood or rock.  You don't have to worry about removing all the rock wool, in fact there may still be food in it to help the plants acclimate to your tanks. I have a wide variety of potted plants, so hopefully you will be able to find a package that is best for you!  Just click on my other auctions and have fun. Baylee's Crypt 12 Pack Crypts are probably some of the most popular species of plants and with over 60 species, there sure are plenty to choose from.  Crypts are mostly popular because they are LOW LIGHT for the most part which make them an EASY plant for just about any hobbyist. Crypts also come in many shapes, sizes, textures and even color, which is another attractive reason for going with crypts because when people want a certain plant that I don't think they will be successful with, I can usually find a crypt that is similar. Some people complain about crypts.  They even have a term they call crypt melt.  Well, there is a reason for this.  I think crypts are like those certain plants in your flower garden that no matter how big a dirt ball you dig, they still die when you move them.  Crypts like things to stay constant, sudden changes I think piss them off.  So, with all plants, especially crypts, I just tell people to stop whining and leave them alone.  Usually everything ends up growing back, and turning into a weed in your tank.  BUT, the one thing I have noticed is that the reports I have gotten over the years from the many people that buy my plants is the crypts I sold them didn't melt at all. YOU GOTTA START WITH GOOD PLANTS PEOPLE!! Some of the crypts may change their form a little.  Wendtii is a perfect example.  They are grown immersed and have smooth broad leaves, but once you submerged them and the acclimate, the leaves are more narrow and crinkly which is really cool. So leave them alone and you will be fine.
