You are bidding on two pairs of GOLD heterandria formosa. This isn't the heterandria formosa you'll find in local ponds and ditches; it's the RARE gold variety! This is one of the smallest fish in the world. Males max out at 3 cm! That's small enough to fit on your thumb. They are friendly fish, not going to beat up any of your other fish. I keep them with my guppies. They will readily accept flake food and are not picky. They are very easy to breed and the babies do not need any special care other than a few decorations to hide behind. One interesting fact about this species is that unlike other livebearers that drop their fry once a month or so, female heterandria formosa give birth to one or two fry every day or so. Shipping is $15 and is tracked, insured, and GUARANTEED.
