I am going to pack these fish in a box with styro and a 72 hour heat pack. I am asking you to use common sense and be aware of your weather in your own area. If the temps are falling into the 30's and 20's in your area, the fish are at risk. I am making NO GUARANTEES, so it's completely up to you if you bid. Think about it.

CIRCUMSTANCES ARE ALLOWING ME TO OFFER NATIVE FISH AGAIN ON A LIMITED BASIS. THESE ARE HEALTHY THRIVING FISH AND WHILE MY OPERATION IS CONSIDERABLY SMALLER I HAVE NOT COMPROMISED IN THE QUALITY DEPARTMENT. THESE FISH WILL GO OUT HEALTHY, EATING, AND THRIVING. IT WILL BE UP TO YOU TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE ENVIRONMENT NEEDED TO GUARANTEE THEIR FUTURE HEALTH.

Please read entire auction before bidding. Shipping is $12 on top of whatever the auction closes at. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail and includes a styro lined box with a 72 hour heat pack.

Up for auction are 15 Bluefin Killifish, Lucania goodei. These are wonderful active little killifish from Florida. They are a wonderful, active, schooling fish that do best in planted tanks. I offer larger groups than most people because I have learned they are much less skittish and eat better in larger groups. Mine eat as soon as they are brought in from the wild and I start them on live baby brine shrimp and soon they eat small bits of frozen foods as well. While they will eat dried foods, Bluefin killies need live and frozen foods, fed often, to thrive.

These are an easy Killifish to breed, once they are acclimated and happy, they will start scattering small clumps of clear eggs throughout the plants and you will start seeing small babies in the plants. The eggs and fry of Bluefin killifish are amazingly rugged, and hard to kill.
