Please read my Just Me page before bidding. By bidding, you are saying you have read my Just Me page and my terms and that you agree to my terms. Do not bid until you read the Just Me page.
Please read entire auction before bidding. Free Shipping. Up for auction is one pair of, a male and a female, Everglades Pygmy Sunfish. These will be of breeding age and fully mature.
These fish are for experienced aquarists. They are not for beginners or for anyone who does not use live foods. These fish require live foods. I am feeding these live baby brine shrimp and small blackworms. They will eat any small live food that moves in front of them.
When you receive them they will be a washed out brownish color. Once they are settled in the male will start showing his bluish spots and he will darken up. If you provide them with the proper tank they should breed freely for you. The male will become almost black with small blue spots and the female will become a pinkish brown color.
Do not buy these fish and put them into a bare tank. They need cover and lots of plants. A small tank would be fine for one pair. I use driftwood and Java Moss with a fine sand bottom.
I am available to answer any questions you may have about these fish or this auction. Do not bid on these fish if you are unsure about anything. Please do your research.
