✈ Insured shipping to contiguous US addresses only -- no exceptions. I generally ship on Mondays, occasionally Tuesdays & provide buyer with tracking number for insured shipment. Buyer pays a flat $7 shipping supplies fee -- snails are not shipped in envelopes --- while seller covers actual shipping cost.
☂ Live arrival guarantee = money back on DOA arrivals as long as buyer provides clear photos of DOA snails within 1hr. of delivery -- I don't make the buyer deal with insurance claims, but must be provided the evidence to mitigate losses in order to provide a full refund.
