Please contact me regarding shipping expenses and Availablity. Shipping Policy All shipments for LIVE AQUATICS are on Monday-Wednsday. However, Wednesday's orders must be placed Tuesday by 6 PM. This may vary for fish due to necessary Fasting prior to shipping. Fish MUST be claimed within 1hr, of first delivery attempt. In the event of a DOA ,please send pictures of the LIVE AQUATIC(S), in the UNOPENED bag ,within 1 hour of delivery! Creditor AQUATIC replacement(if available)will be refunded. Only considering the customer has abided by shipping policy. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. The less time they're boxed up, the happier!
