If you have those pesky little pond snails or other unwanted snails and you want to rid your aquarium of them, these are the guys for you. Warning: Assassins may kill any other snail of any size, so do not put them in your tank unless you want them to rid you of all other snails. A few assassins usually won�t do the job, you really need at least 15 per 10 gallon tank size (more depending on the level of pest snail infestation).
